This is what I had for dinner last night - Baked Avocado and Egg. It was interesting to say the least.

I had a couple of small avocados, so the hole where the pit was wasn’t very deep, and I think that’s where I had the problem. Some of the egg ended up overflowing and didn’t stay where I wanted. Also, the avocado was really overpowering. I think if I would have scooped out some of the avocado, it would have been better. 

Other than that, it had a really good flavor when the both, avocado and egg, were mixed together! I will definitely try this again.
