On Saturday, Mike came and picked me up so we could go to Christine and Jonathan’s wedding together! Once we got to the hotel, and Mike checked in, we went to Andrew and Jonathan’s room. Jonathan was taking a nap; trying to get well rested for his Bride! :P lol. Anyways… a little later when the guys started putting on their tuxs, they looked super clueless, so I had to help them get ready a bit… more Andrew than Jonathan though.
The wedding was absolutely beautiful, and Christine looked GORGEOUS! The reception was right next door, so right after it, we walked over and started boozing! They had a case of red and white wine, which we finished… and two kegs, which we did not (and very disappointed about)! The food was super good and THE WEDDING CAKE WAS DELICIOUS!!!! I could have eaten about five more pieces - of each!
Some pretty eventful things happened: I MET ANDREW’S PARENTS AND CAUGHT THE BOUQUET!!! <3 <3 <3
First of all, OMG - I WAS SO NERVOUS to meet his parents! Luckily, there was alcohol to calm the nerves a bit, and when Andrew and I went to sit down at a table with his folks, they turned out to be really nice and got more and more talkative. We did some basic chit chat, then I think out of anxiousness, I just started talking about some family vacation… (hell idk). But after that, his Mom started asking me q’s about my family and myself, and we had a pretty decent convo! A little later in the night, Andrew came up to me and was like, “I talked to my parents and they think you are really pretty and really sweet”. That made me feel SUPER GOOD, but it wasn’t until I asked his Mom if she wanted to take a picture with her hubby and son, that she turned to Andrew and said, “Andrew, I like this girl”. That made me feel SUPER GREAT!!! :D Also, as we were saying goodbye to them, she told me that she picked up the bamboo table gift for me. I thought that was so sweet!
OKAY, K, K. Now is the most exciting part of the night (for me, anyways) - I caught the bouquet!!! YAY!!! <3 There is a hilarious picture of me blocking this girl to get to it. Actually, I don’t even think I saw Christine throw it, because I thought the first one was going to be a practice / fake throw for the pictures. All of a sudden I just see something flying towards the group of (pretty vicious) girls and I jumped for it. As I was jumping, my shoe came off! LOL. I was pretty excited!!! Andrew was not. All of his friends were giving him hell and stuff saying that he was “next”; I actually think he got pretty freaked out. hahaha! Later on that night, he drunkenly expressed that he wasn’t ready to get married because we’ve only been dating a few months and he needed some more time. I was like, “OMG.I.KNOW!!!” In a roundabout way, I told him that if was to propose now since I am “next”, I would prob laugh in his face. I explained to him that it’s just a silly tradition and doesn’t mean anything. I think he was really relieved! HAHAHA. That’s my Andrew…
Oh, and after the wedding, we had a HOTEL PARTY! I had no idea how everyone knew to come to Andrew (and my) room… but they did. There was probably about 20 ppl in a tiny room, which resulted in it smelling like booze the next morning! ugh. One guy was so wasted, he passed out in the bathtub… Mike was so drunk he put an empty 20pk box of beer on his head and wore it as a hat (super LOL though)… someone broke the lock off the door… AND everyone thought the tv was broken!!! They were all AMAZED when I plugged it in and it started working again - HAHAHAHA!

Me with the Bride and Groom!! <3
