My job title.
I am a staff assistant for the Aromatics Consultants. Even though Ryan is in the same group and technically "higher" than me, I do not work for him. My job and his job are not related at all; he does not need my assistance for anything because he is not a consultant. Today, he asked me to do some non-work related stuff, and it really made me feel like shit. As I walked back to my desk, I asked myself, "Did this really just happen?" Here's mine and Christine's convo:
Me: are u f-ing kidding me...

Me: Ryan jus asked if i could make copies and staple some golf game bullshit for their golf pool meeting thing that they have tonight.
Me: seriously, what does he think i am?
Dougy: did you say no?
Me: i could understand if it was for work... ok, sure.

Dougy: what'd you say to him?
Me: no, i did it b/c i didn't know what it was at first... then after i gave it back to him, he was like, "thanks so much. this is for.... (blah blah blah)". and he was sitting on his chair on facebook.
